OpenAI API Usage

DictaType requires an OpenAI API key to function. By using our software:

• You are responsible for any costs incurred from your OpenAI API usage
• You understand that your audio is sent directly to OpenAI for processing
• You are responsible for keeping your API key secure

We are not responsible for any actions taken by OpenAI, changes to their pricing, or availability of their services.

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee. If DictaType doesn't work for you, contact us within 14 days of purchase for a full refund, no questions asked.

• Your use or inability to use the software
• Any errors or inaccuracies in transcription
• Unauthorized access to your data
• Third-party service interruptions or changes

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the software license.
